No success without creatine
This competition takes place every year. This is not just about moving an empty car from place to place... this is about ambition, pride and something much more than the first prize and fame! It is hard to explain but our private school strongman competition is really something important for practically all the male students. Every single participant wants to prove how strong he is! After finishing outside the first ten last year, I decided to do at least a little bit better this year. My objective is to be in the first five of the competition. I have already asked a lot of friends about the way I should prepare and train for that. Most of the people I talked to told me that I need to get on weigh a bit to really count in the competition of moving that enormous car just with the power of human muscles. And how to do that not to become simply fat? creatine is the way out. But of course only creatine with every day workouts added to it. Creatine itself will not help anybody. One needs to take care of the way his body looks on his own, long hours at the gym are a must, there is no other way. No detour for the lazy ones! No success is there without any work put in at first place. I aspire to the title, I still have a lot of time to get prepared, I hope it is going to be okay this year. Maybe I will even manage to finish in the first three when it goes that well?
